Recently the Emgoldex company has changed their name into a new name called Global Intergold. Is it because due to a lot of warnings and scam issue of the company, or are they trying to avoid the bad press and to escape from a bad reputation recently from being called a scam in the national TV in the Philippines?
Other countries like USA, Canada and UAE already banned EMGOLDEX because of its pyramid scheme marketing plan.
I made my own research on this issue and I found out from GULF NEWS that Online gold store Emgoldex has no links with UAE, officials said. According to DMCC spokesperson denied that the companies [Emgoldex and Gold and Silver Physical Metals KG] are registered with the government regulator of commodities trading.
“Emgoldex is not a DMCC-licensed company. DMCC has taken steps to prevent further misuse of our name.”
Emgoldex or Global Intergold forged a Dubai public document and lied about its office. It lied about being registered in Germany.
The video also claimed it is the online portal of a big Dubai-based gold manufacturing company duly licensed by the DMCC. Gulf News called the company and an official requested that its name not be mentioned in this article as “we are not having any ties with Emgoldex. It’s all a lie”.
