YouTube Copyright Strikes Expired still Bad Standing

There's some YouTubers that are complaining why there account is still in Bad Standing status despite the copyright strikes is already expired. If you are looking for a clear explanation why is that happen, then you landed thr right blog about this issue.

So let's go straight to the point why your copyright strike is still in bad standing. So here are the reasons why it happens.

  • Copyrights strike will be back in Good Standing two days after the date of expiration. (Ex. Date of Expiration is Dec. 11, 2016 = Dec 13, 2016)

  • If you receive copyright strikes, delete the copyright video. Why?

    Because if you don't delete it from the date of your Copyright strikes, it will take another 3 months before your Good Standing be back at you.

    Example. Your Copyright Strikes expired today but the copyrighted video is not yet deleted. Then you just deleted it today. It will take additional 3 months before your account be back in Good Standing. Each deleted copyright video =3 months.
